Q. Do you charge for call outs?
A. No, we do not charge for calling out our handymen. Please be aware that estimates are also free.
Q. Is your work insured and guaranteed?
A. Yes our work is covered by £1 million of public liability insurance and any faulty work will be rectified at no extra cost.
Q. What are your opening times?
A. Our offices are open from 9 am – 10 pm everyday of the week (including weekends and bank-holidays)
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept cash, cheque and all major debit and credit cards.
Q. Do your hourly rates include materials?
A. No our hourly rates do not include materials but we can supply materials if required.
Q. Do you charge fixed prices for larger jobs?
A. Yes we are prepared to negotiate a fixed price for larger jobs.
Q. Do you still charge by the hour if a job takes less than 30 minutes to complete?
A. No, if a job takes 30 minutes or less to complete we’ll charge a lower half hourly rate (for more information on rates please refer to our services and prices). We’ll only charge an hourly rate if the job takes over 30 minutes to complete.
If for example a job takes 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete we’ll charge an hourly rate for the 2 hours worked and a lower half hourly rate for the 30 minutes worked.
Q. Do you charge a premium rate to work on weekends and bank holidays?
A. No we do not charge premium rates to work on weekends and bank holidays. It is our company ethos to make after hours work more affordable to the public.
Q. Do your rates include parking and the congestion charge?
A. No, any parking or congestion charges incurred will be added to the final bill.
